If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration before a single arbiter in the Federal Capital Terriroty, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.<\/p>

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.<\/p>

15. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/p>

Quickening Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website or app. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance.<\/p>
