This policy applies to all payments made through our platforms, including:<\/p>\n

API integration services<\/p>\n

Web portal and artificial intelligence services<\/p>\n

Software development kits (SDKs) purchases<\/p>\n

Laptop, server, and hosting-related payments<\/p>\n

It also applies to merchants onboarded through our advanced API integrations.<\/p>\n

2. General Conditions for Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

Duplicate Payments \u2013 If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or processing error.<\/p>\n

Service Non-Delivery \u2013 If a purchased service (API integration, software support, or hosting) was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.<\/p>\n

Incorrect Charges \u2013 If an incorrect amount was charged due to system or clerical error.<\/p>\n

Failed Transactions \u2013 If a customer was debited but did not receive value (e.g., transaction declined, service not activated).<\/p>\n

3. Exclusions (Non-Refundable Items)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

Change of mind after service has been delivered.<\/p>\n

Services already rendered, including consultancy, integration, or customization work.<\/p>\n

Laptops, servers, or hardware that have been delivered in working condition and without defects.<\/p>\n

Hosting services or third-party subscriptions (SDKs, servers, licenses) once activated.<\/p>\n

4. Refund Request Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

To request a refund:<\/p>\n

Contact us at support@quickeninggroup.com within 7 business days of the transaction.<\/p>\n

Provide transaction details (reference number, payment receipt, and description of issue).<\/p>\n

Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.<\/p>\n

5. Refund Method and Timeline<\/strong><\/p>\n

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used.<\/p>\n

Refunds may take 7\u201314 business days to reflect, depending on the customer\u2019s bank\/payment provider.<\/p>\n

6. Returns of Physical Items (if applicable)<\/p>\n

For laptops, servers, or hardware:<\/p>\n

Returns are only accepted if the item is defective on arrival.<\/p>\n

Customers must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.<\/p>\n

Items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.<\/p>\n

Replacement or refund will be provided after verification.<\/p>\n

7. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n

If a refund request is disputed, Quickening Group will engage in a fair resolution process with the customer. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to Flutterwave or relevant regulatory bodies as applicable.<\/p>\n
