Refunds may be issued where:

A service was not delivered due to a fault on our part.
Refunds are not guaranteed for misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration before a single arbiter in the Federal Capital Terriroty, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Quickening Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website or app. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance.
